2. Data we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, organization name (optional), the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.

We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic (pages viewed, traffic source, device type). Ad personalization and sharing with Google's advertising products (Google Signals) are disabled: this measurement is used solely to understand and improve the site, never for advertising profiling.

3. Purposes

Your data is used solely to respond to your request, provide you with a call or a quote, and manage our business relationship. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Consent

By submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described above.

5. Processors

Your messages are delivered by email through the Resend service, the site is hosted by Netlify, and audience measurement is provided by Google Analytics. These providers process your data only to enable delivery, hosting and audience measurement, and do not use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and our business relationship, then deleted upon your request.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@dreamprolabs.com.

9. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws applicable in New Brunswick and Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
