Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

This website is operated by Dreampro Services Inc. ("Dreampro Labs"), based in New Brunswick, Canada. For any question about your personal data: contact@dreamprolabs.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, organization name (optional), the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. If you arrived through a campaign link (a LinkedIn post, for example), the name of that campaign and your landing page accompany your request; no cookie is set for this.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic (pages viewed, traffic source, device type) by means of cookies. Ad personalization and sharing with Google's advertising products (Google Signals) are disabled: this measurement is used solely to understand and improve the site, never for advertising profiling.

This measurement is off by default. Until you click "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit, Google Analytics is not loaded: no cookie is set and no browsing data is sent to Google. Declining does not limit your use of the site in any way. Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months; you can change it at any time through the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page, and withdrawing your consent deletes the measurement cookies.

The business card page of our CEO (/makan/) does not use Google Analytics. It counts its openings and the actions taken on it (saving the contact, calling, writing) anonymously and in aggregate: only the type of action, how the page was opened, its language and the device family (iPhone, Android or computer) are kept. No cookie is set, and no IP address or identifier is stored: these figures cannot be used to recognize you.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages. This channel is optional: the contact form, email and phone remain available to you.

3. Purposes

Your data is used solely to respond to your request, provide you with a call or a quote, and manage our business relationship. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Consent

By submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described above. Audience measurement relies on a separate consent, given or refused in the dedicated banner, and revocable at any time.

5. Processors and processing outside Canada

Your messages are delivered by email through the Resend service, the site is hosted by Netlify, and audience measurement is provided by Google Analytics. Our exchanges are recorded in our customer relationship management tool, hosted in Canada: the emails you exchange with us are linked to your record (subject, date and a short excerpt; the full message stays in our mailbox). To prepare a reply or a meeting, a member of our team may use an artificial intelligence service based in the United States, which only receives the elements needed for that task, without your contact details, and does not use them to train its models; nothing is sent to you without human review. These providers process your data only on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

WhatsApp is a Meta service, governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy. Message content is end-to-end encrypted; Meta nevertheless processes information related to your account and your use of the service.

These services are operated primarily in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed and stored outside Canada, where it is subject to local laws and may be disclosed to the authorities of that country in accordance with those laws.

6. Retention

Your data, including our WhatsApp conversations, is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and our business relationship, then deleted upon your request.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@dreamprolabs.com.

9. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws applicable in New Brunswick and Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). For residents of Quebec, we also comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the head of Dreampro Services Inc., reachable at contact@dreamprolabs.com.
