Our website makes a promise: your projects delivered in 21 days. That kind of commitment draws a smile from anyone who has lived through digital projects that drag on forever. So rather than assert, we prefer to show: here is, concretely, the method that lets us keep that deadline.
A 4-step method, no exceptions
Every engagement, whatever the client, follows the same path: diagnosis, scoping, delivery, deployment and follow-up. This is not bureaucracy - it is what makes the deadline possible.
Diagnosis takes 3 business days: a discovery call, an audit of what exists, measurable objectives set down in writing. Scoping takes 5: detailed scope, price, milestones and target metrics, all signed before anything starts. The 21-day clock only starts at signature - because a deadline without a clear starting point is an empty promise.
The rule that saves deadlines: responsiveness, on both sides
Here is a secret few providers say out loud: most project delays do not come from the provider. They come from the back-and-forth - an approval that waits, content that never arrives, a missing access.
So we wrote responsiveness into the contract, in both directions. We answer every request in under 24 hours. In return, every proposal states that feedback expected from the client is due within 3 business days - beyond that, milestones shift accordingly, in writing. The rule is known before signature. The result: no conflict, no grey area, and a deadline that stays realistic for everyone.
Anything that changes mid-project goes through writing
A living project evolves - that is normal. What kills deadlines is the silent addition: the small request absorbed without measuring its impact. With us, any scope change, however minor, goes through a one-page written amendment: what changes, what it costs, what it shifts. Thirty minutes of formality that prevent weeks of drift.
And we measure ourselves
Every closed project feeds five internal metrics, reviewed monthly: actual delivery time against the promised 21 days, on-time delivery rate, project profitability, lead conversion, and a satisfaction score we systematically ask each client for. One finding and one corrective action per month - no more, so the exercise stays sustainable and honest.
The logic is simple: we publish no number we do not measure. It is the same discipline we build for our clients - applied to ourselves first.
